Simply fill out the coupon in TMX News and send payment and a good colour photograph, or a disk with a digital jpeg picture to:

Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm. You will need to have your completed details to hand and lines may be busy.
You can also fax the filled out coupon to 01524 425469. If you do not want to fax your payment details, one of our staff will call you back to complete the form.
